Model-Based Design Engineer

Responsibilities
- Create model-based design work for our business partners
- Manage the design of ADAS control specifications (automated operation)
- creation of specifications
- model-based development analysis o analysis of test data
- maintenance of ECU data measurement environment
- Be part of HEV control development
- model-based design o function/quality verification of model and merged software o actual vehicle verification
- tuning using control development tools
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least one year of demonstrated, hands-on professional experience with Model-based design and/or test using the Matlab / Simulink tool chain
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Computer/Electrical Engineering or applicable engineering/science degree
- Able to converse and write in Japanese (at least JLPT N2 level)
- Must be willing to relocate in Japan (transportation, relocation, housing, and initial grant will be provided)
- Innovative, has initiative and can work independently • Japanese resume is needed
