Sysgen honors exemplary employees during its annual anniversary dinner
Makati City, Philippines | February 18, 2018 – Each year, Sysgen, the country’s premier IT staffing and recruitment and offshore recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider, recognizes its outstanding employees for their effort and contribution to increasing the overall professionalism and reaching the core business goals of the organization. Sysgen honored the 2018 award recipients at a banquet on February 17, 2018.
Sysgen celebrates its 27th Anniversary this year; part of the celebration is the bequeathal of the annual employee awards.
“Twenty-seven years is a big achievement for us. And we owe it to the people who have worked with us all these years. We owe it to the hardworking people, we owe it to the dedicated people, who have helped Sysgen stay in business for the past 27 years,” says Jimmy Roa, Sysgen President and CEO. This year, Sysgen honors sixteen (16) employees.
Awardees are selected through a process of nomination and iterative elimination. Here are the recipients of the awards.

| Support Superstar Award | This award is conferred to administration and support staff who have exhibited exemplary performance. |

| Extra Mile Award | This award is given to an employee who goes over and beyond his scope of work. |

| Most Punctual Award | This award goes to employees with the most number of months with perfect attendance record. |

| Five-Year Service Award | This service award is given to employees who have been with the company for five (5) years. |

| Ten-Year Service Award | This service award is given to employees who have been with the company for ten (10) years. |
